These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HomeVault (the "Service"), provided by Banks Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Banks Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
